NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011875 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Aline R. Martinez, Victor J. Martinez, Tenant #1, Tenant #2, The Unknown Spouse of Victor J Martinez, The Unknown Spouse of Aline R Martnez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
