NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-001440 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2006-s4, is the Plaintiff and Shawn Foley, Lakewood Ridge Townhomes Association, Inc., Unknown Person in Possesion N/K/A Chandra Reed, Asset Preservation Trust Services, Inc, As Trustee of the Caretaker Trust #506, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
