NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-019735, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and JOSE ROMERO, STEPHANIE G. ROMERO A/K/A STEPHANIE PINEDA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL A. ROWLAND and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 58 FEET OF THE WEST 158 FEET OF THE SOUTH 175 FEET OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK 1 OF JAS J. JACKSON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 70, FO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
