NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-017083 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHRISTIAN WENDT A/K/A CHRISTIAN A WENDT; ARMIN WENDT; GISELA WENDT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A DIANA WILLIAMS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KENYA KEATON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/29/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 42 OF TEMPLE CREST UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THAT PART OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 41 OF TEMPLE CREST UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LAKE SHORE DRIVE FOR 50 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 57 DEGREES 30 MINUTES WEST (ALONG A RADIAL LINE) TO THE WATERS OF HILLSBOROUGH RIVER, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WATERS OF SAID HILLSBOROUGH RIVER TO A LINE WHICH BEARS SOUTH 50 DEGREES 15 MINUTES WEST FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THENCE NORTH 50 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
