UNIT NUMBER 2206, LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082-1163, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56-62 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGES 79 AND 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6350 92ND PLACE N #2206, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
