NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-002392, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ELIZABETH WHITE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH WHITE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 4th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 7, BAYVIEW TERRACE, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
