NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09-018999-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK J, ENISWOOD UNIT II-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 97 AND 98 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
