NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014841-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1, Plaintiff and GLENN MILLS A/K/A GLENN MILLS JR. A/K/A GLENN O. MILLS, JR. A/K/A GLENN O MILLS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this October 8th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 4, WASHINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
