NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in case 12-5687-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein East Lake Woodlands Cypress Estates Condominium Unit Three Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and MELODY F. GRENELLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELODY F. GRENELLE; WILLIAM G. GRENELLE; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 11, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
That certain condominium unit composed of UNIT NUMBER 34, Building 2, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, restrictions, reservations, limitations, conditions, liens, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, as recorded in OR Book 5039, pages 58-126 inclusive, and re-recorded in OR Book 5043, Pages 182-250 inclusive, together with any amendments thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Pages 81-85, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
