NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-019263 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank, National Trust Company as Trustee for the Certificateholders ISAC 2006-5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-5 Trust Fund, is the Plaintiff and Theresa Johson, Jane Doe N/K/A Jennifer Stone, John Doe N/K/A Daniel Hubbard, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 93 FEET OF LOT 14, LESS THE WEST 5 FEET, IN BLOCK C, OF VETERAN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OR WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
