NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08009649CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA is the Plaintiff and CHARLES SCIANDRA A/K/A CHARLES LAWRENCE SCIANDRA A/K/A CHARLES L. SCIANDRA, BERTILA SCIANDRA, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, JOHN'S PASS TRADING COMPANY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 4th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 6, NORTH EAST PARK SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 63, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
