NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005664-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and DAYRA VANEZA GREEN A/K/A DAYRA V. GREEN A/K/A DAYRA GREEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAYRA VANEZA GREEN A/K/A DAYRA V. GREEN A/K/A DAYRA GREEN; HEATHER BAY CONDOMINIUM TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 8, OF HEATHER BAY CONDOMINIUM TOWNHOMES AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15775 PAGES 2047 THROUGH 2099, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
