NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-010004CICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, TRUSTEE F/K/A BANK OF NEW YORK, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT PECORELLI; CHRISTINE A PECORELLI are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT FOURTEEN (14) DRUID ACRES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
