NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-017601-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF 2011-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and JEFFERSON A. CARDENAS; CLAUDIA M. GOMEZ; ARBOR HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC C/O BUXTON PROPERTIES INC., R.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 509, BUILDING NO. 5, ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1389, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
