NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-001256, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ARELIS R. MERCEDES A/K/A ARELIS MERCEDES, FOREST LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, FRANCISCO J. MERCEDES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 24.5 OF THE SOUTH 49.1 FEET OF LOT 20 THE VILLAS OF FOREST LAKES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84 PAGES 36 THROUGH 39 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
