NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-009336-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DEREK J. TABER, CITIBANK, FSB, MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL, COMPOSED OF UNIT 101, BUILDING K AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT OF THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE IV, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5083, PAGE 1431 TO 1505, AND THAT PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 1 TO 8, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THAT CERTAIN AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5179, PAGE 2, AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 29, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
