NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08015332CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. SUNTRUST BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SUNTRUST BANK, TAMPA BAY, is Plaintiff and BETTY J. WISEMAN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, IN BLOCK 1, OF CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
