NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-4894-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RP4, is Plaintiff and Luzviminda Obstaculo; Lito Obstaculo, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6 and the East 45 feet of Lot 7 in Block 10 of Westminister Place, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
