NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Final Judgment of Possession and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 22nd day of July A.D., 2013, in the cause wherein
Mobel Americana RO Association, Inc., etc was plaintiff, and Ute M. Boldt aka Ute Boldt and all other unknown occupants of the mobile home, jointly and severally were defendants, being Case No. 13-003759CO-41 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above-named defendant Ute M. Boldt aka Ute Boldt, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
1984 SAND mobile home with VIN# FLFL1AE017005964, Title# 42720473, and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, attachments, appurtenances or personal property of any kind whatsoever, located inside the mobile home or on the mobile home lot and owned by the Defendant(s), Ute M. Boldt aka Ute Boldt, located at 7000 Americana Drive NE, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.
and on the 15th day of October A.D., 2013, at 7000 Americana Drive NE, in the city of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's, right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Final Judgment of Possession and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien.
