NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-003048-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Deborah Standley, Jerry Standley a/k/a Jerry J. Standley, Americas Wholesale Lender, Tenant 1 n/k/a Jeri Lynn Compos, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 123, RAVENSWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
