NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000800, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and JACKIE WRIGHT A/K/A JACQUELINE WRIGHT; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM; JANE GANTZ F/K/A JANE C. WHARRAM, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 181, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2768, PAGE 88, FORMERLY KNOWN AS SPRINGWOOD VILLAS, INC., NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 84, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3199, PAGE 309 AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDED ARTICLES OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5264, PAGE 1427, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
