Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated June 4, 2013 and Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 31, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-015038-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which GREENWICH INVESTORS XLIV REO, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JULIE-ANNE V. JOYNER, P.A., JULIE-ANNE V. JOYNER, CANTERBURY OAKS OFFICE PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on October 31, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1, CANTERBURY OAKS OFFICE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION FOR CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14719, PAGE 2087, AND SET FORTH IN PLAT OF CANTERBURY OAKS PARK CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 139, PAGES 70-74, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DESCRIBED THEREIN.
