YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 64, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in Official Records Book 4808, Pages 350 and according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, Page 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 128 Nancy Drive, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10/21/13, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
