YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, WINDING CREEK III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 103, Building 10, WINDING CREEK III, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 99-101, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4864, Page 1782, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 2400 Winding Creek Boulevard, Unit 103, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before October 21, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
