NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-013515 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC, Plaintiff, and CYNTHIA H. CORBETT, NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MEGER TO OHIO SAVINGS BANK, COMERICA BANK, TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
`THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 2301 T0GETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 11218, PAGES 631 THROUGH 733, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 124, PAGES 29 THROUGH 54, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
