NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-014134-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Donal Loughnane, La Bahia of Redington Shores Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a Darin Pitre, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Dana Pitre, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 603, LA BAHIA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 150, PAGE 57, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15890, AT PAGE 1158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
