NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-013351-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Peggy J. Tarasiewicz, Marion Zdziebko, Capital One Bank, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
