NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of August, 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 12-3914 CI (15), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 59, OF HIDDEN GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, AT PAGES 37 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
