Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated September 6, 2013 entered in Civil Case Number 10004243CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS ZBIKOWSKI, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS LOT 4 IN BLOCK “R”, OF BRIAR CREEK MOBILE COMMUNITY II ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5039, PAGES 1378 THROUGH 1448 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 86 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
