Clearview Oaks Unit Seven, Building Z, 27, Apartment 1217, A Condominium according to the Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 32, 33 and 34, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the right of ingress and egress to and from said apartment.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James R. De Furio, Esquire of James R. De Furio, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 201 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 775, Tampa, Florida 33602-7800 either (a) within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or (b) on or before October 21, 2013 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
