Unit 3504, THE COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM III AT EAST BAY, according to the plat thereof in Condominium Plat Book 132, Pages 48 through 52 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 13617, Pages 848 through 909 inclusive, as amended by amendment recorded in O.R. Book 13622, Pages 180 and 181, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L. Tankel, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, Florida, 34698, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
