UNIT 1, BUILDING 7, TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH, A REPLAT OF RANCH LAKE ESTATES, LOT 18, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGES 43 THROUGH 45, INCLUSIVE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGE(S) 79 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S.E. 6th Street, 15th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, on or before 10/21, 2013, (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
