Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 4, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the following property:

at Public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 18, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
