NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-012966-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2, is the Plaintiff and Chiquinquira Barrios Montiel, Ernesto Fuenmayor, John Doe n/k/a Robert Godfrey, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc, acting solely as nominee for First Franklin, a division of National City Bank, Waterford Crossing Homeowner's Association Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
