NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS
Pursuant to that certain Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 8467, Pages 1324-1378, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and as amended, Dunedin Mobile Manor Homeowners, Inc. n/k/a Dunedin Palms Homeowner's Association, Inc. will terminate the below described interests with respect to the following Property if corrective instruments, clearing title clouds created by the below interests, are not provided to legal counsel, Zinzow Law, 35111 U.S. 19 N., Ste. 302, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, (727) 787-3121 within thirty days from the first date of publication of this notice:
Property: 130 Patricia Ave., Unit 49, Dunedin, FL 34698, bearing Parcel ID 35-28-15-23500-000-0490, and more particularly described as Unit 49 of Dunedin Mobile Manor, a Cooperative, according to the Master Form Proprietary Lease as recorded in O.R. Book 8467, Pages 1324-1378 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, FL.;
Interests Terminated: Vincent R. Shea and Charlotte L. Shea or heirs or any party claiming under or through them, by virtue of O.R. Book, 9216, Page 1733; AND Linda J. Flynn or heirs or any party claiming under or through them, by virtue of O.R. Book 11356, Page 2140 or O.R. Book 11520, Page 2276.
