NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022037 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005-EFC3 was the Plaintiff and CRISTIAN DIBIAGGIO A/K/A CRISTIAN E. DIBIAGGIO A/K/A C.E. DIBIAGGIO, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
EDGMOOR ESTATES, BLOCK 64, ALL OF LOTS 1A AND 2A AND PART OF LOT 3A DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT THE SE CORNER OF LOT 3A, THENCE SOUTH 79 DEG 35'42” W ALONG SAID LOT LINE 101.63 FEET; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 19.69 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEG 52'36” EAST 100 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LOT LINE 1.55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THAT PART OF LOT 3A DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3A; THENCE COUTH 23.66 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 99.96 FEET; THENCE NORTH 5.31 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY 101.63 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND ALL OF THE LOT 4A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
