NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07001698CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County's Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 302, LA CONTESSA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 127, PAGES 53 THROUGH 75, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12504, PAGES 1080 THROUGH 1159, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE
IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
