LOT 10, IN BLOCK 4, EDGEMOOR ESTATES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 70, 71, AND 72 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5560 BAY ST NE, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33703; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
