NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-017205, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is Plaintiff and BRIAN C. HEEREN A/K/A BRIAN CHARLES; SHEILA B. HEEREN A/K/A SHEILA BEACHT HEEREN A/K/A SHEILA LOUISE; UNKNOWN TENANTS (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, PARK PLACE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
