STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR41 1Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN RAMIREZ; AMY RAMIREZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A PAUL BEAMISH, TENANT #2 N/K/A SUSAN HARRIS, TENANT #3 N/K/A CHTIS ROLFE, and TENANT #4 N/K/A ALVIN FRAZIER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
