NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002269 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Patrick R. Mullen , Stone's Throw Condominium Association, Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 8305 IN STONE'S THROW VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6362, PAGE 314 THROUGH 430, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 79 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
