NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-017655 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 21st day of October, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF LAND LYING IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7 OF BIRDYSHAW SUBDIVISION, SAID SUBDIVISION BEING RECORDED ON MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 09°28`25” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY PROJECTION OF SAID LOT 7, A DISTANCE OF 324.58 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 1°18`48`` EAST, A DISTANCE OF 223.89 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°24`15” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 324.54 FEET; THENCE NORTH 1°19`40`` WEST, A DISTANCE OF 223.49 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
