Hicks, Tenant #1 N/K/A Richard Hicks , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1, BAY SHORE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
