NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-13824-CI-20, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-1 is Plaintiff and ROSA M. GUSMAO AKA ROSA MARIA DE BARROS GUSMAO; FERNANDO GUSMAO AKA FERNANDO A. GUSMAO AKA FERNANDO AUGUSTO GUSMAO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FERNANDO GUSMAO AKA FERNANDO A. GUSMAO AKA FERNANDO AUGUSTO GUSMAO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSA M. GUSMAO AKA ROSA MARIA DE BARROS GUSMAO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; SNAPPY PROCESSING & CONSULTING; PAYLESS PROPERTY LLC; AMSCOT CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, OF URBAN LAKE ESTATES - 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
