NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019923-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee under the Indenture Relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2003-11 is the Plaintiff and Nilda Guillen; Unknown Spouse of Nilda Guillen; Victoria Urruela; Unknown Spouse of Victoria Urruela; Bruce Urruela; Unknown Spouse of Bruce Urruela; Pentagon Federal Credit Union; Country Lakes Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, COUNTRY LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 99-100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
