NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-017401-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and DOROTHY W. FOX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOROTHY W. FOX; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK “G” OF SECOND ADDITION TO COUNTRY CLUB SECTION OF COLLEGE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “M” PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
