LOT 53 (LESS THE NORTH 45 FEET THEREOF), HIAWASSEE LANDINGS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 123, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3332 WESTLAND DR, ORLANDO, FL 32818; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on October 14, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
