AMTRUST REO I, LLC is Plaintiff and JOSEPH R. LUTTINGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH R. LUTTINGER; CHRISTINE HUMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE HUMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CENTRAL PARK A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STANLEY'S ROOFING INC.; FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.; are defendants. CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 203, IN BUILDING 6034, OF CENTRAL PARK, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8076, AT PAGE 3783, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
