NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025244-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN TRUST BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2005-1 is Plaintiff and RONALD ALAN FISHER AS TRUSTEE OF 1418 TRUST, DATED JUNE 26, 2008; RENATO ALVES DE SOUZA, JR. AS TRUSTEE OF 1418 TRUST, DATED JUNE 26, 2008; RAQUEL FISCHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAQUEL FISCHER IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTERATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK E, EVANS VILLAGE, THIRD UNIT, PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
