NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001720-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ARINCE P. CADET, PHEASANT RUN AT ROSEMONT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MARGUERITE CADET and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of October, 2013at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A. BUILDING 2, PHASE 1, PHEASANT RUN AT ROSEMONT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3181, PAGE 0476, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
